Agriculture and the Mountains

We understand the territory as a place to live, to care for and also to take advantage of its fruits in a sustainable way.

The Mountain is:

  • The wood we need to establish our home, native to the place, used with sustainable and rational practices without altering the habitat of wildlife.

  • The Caña de Castilla and Caña Brava that we use in our construction processes is obtained from wild crops that surround the reserve through thinning to guarantee the renewal of the species.

  • The Yellow Pitaya (Selenicereus Megalanthus) and the Coffee established through principles of soil restoration and regeneration where we take advantage of the fruits that are produced through floweringspontaneous chemical-free

  • Baby Banana grown through an agroforestry system that takes care of the birds' habitat

  • Cedar (Cedrela Odorata) and Walnut (Cordia Alliodora) trees established alongside native species to encourage the creation of habitat for birds and wild species.

  • We have a Flora and Fauna conservation area that is part of the Suarez River hydrographic basin. Which allows us to close a virtuous circle of sustainability of the territory by providing ecosystem services to the Province.
